Service staff from 37 of Great Plains’ UK dealer network attended a series of training sessions to update their knowledge of Great Plains’ full range of machines.

The sessions included briefings on the many amendments and improvements made to the company’s machines over the past year.

They will help ensure dealerships offer customers an excellent level of support and service, says Peter Hindmarsh, Service Manager at Sleaford:

“Great Plains built its reputation on top quality service and support to its customers, and sessions like this play an important role in ensuring those standards are maintained.

“We spent some time running through the changes we have made across the cultivator range, and also included a detailed session on the hydraulics of the Centurion drill”.

The sessions also included presentations on some of the new machines now being introduced to Britain from the USA, including the Yield-Pro® planter, one of which is currently busy planting maize crops across the South West.
